11 Jul New and Improved ITHS Learning Management System (TREE)
The ITHS-developed Translational Research Education Engine (TREE) learning management system was recently rebuilt and updated to provide a more user-friendly platform that offers an engaging, interactive learner experience. The new TREE offers educational opportunities and content hosting services for the greater clinical and translational science community.
The new TREE LMS is built on the well-established Moodle™ LMS platform, which provides easy-to-use
course authoring tools and is highly customizable to instructor and learner needs. TREE supports multimedia content, interactive assessment, and communication tools to enhance learning. TREE allows content administrators the ability to upload and manage their own content, build modular training, track learner performance, supports SCORM modules, and much more. On-demand training for REDCap is now available for select courses on TREE. For a list of courses, visit https://ithstree.org/course/index.php?categoryid=3. These courses are open enrollment, but you must create a new account upon first access to the new LMS.
