Target One Group One (T1G1) Training Update

The signup form for T1G1 training will be published mid-May. The training sessions are first-come-first-served and early sign-up is encouraged. Training begins on June 11 for super users and June 18 for end users. There are three components of training that must be completed:

Open House:

The CTMS project team reviews the scope of the project, presents a demo and covers workflow impacts. We will answer any questions you might have in this open house-style session. Attendance may be in-person or online.

Practice Lab:

An in-person classroom training venue where a dedicated instructor will guide you through OnCore. Computers are available for all attendees, but please remember to bring your own headphones. Completion of this first practice lab is required before Pre-Go-Live Data Validation.

Pre-Go-Live Data Validation:

Under the guidance of a CTMS team member, this session will allow you to verify your study data that was recently migrated into OnCore. Computers will be available for all in-person attendees. Virtual sessions are also available.
