Since T1G1 went live on July 16, the CTMS Operations Team has been providing support for end users through various avenues, including:
Support Desk:

- When: Tuesdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Fridays 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

TIPS & TRICKS EMAIL:
- What: Using our behind-the-scenes reviews, we highlight specific areas where there is opportunity to improve our adherence to documented workflows
- When: Issued Weekly on Tuesdays
- Where: Email distributed to all OnCore end users who edit information in the system
Monthly Webinar:
- What: Oncore feature demos, Q&A
- When: One Wednesday per month at noon. The specific date is announced to users each month via email
