Epic Enrollment Status Changes

EPIC SUBJECT ENROLLMENT STATUSES ARE CHANGING EFFECTIVE JULY 16TH

In coordination with the July 16 OnCore Go-live for the first group of oncology and Fred Hutch non-oncology (T1G1), the subject enrollment statues in Epic will be changing. This will affect ALL studies that use Epic. To facilitate this change, the CTMS Project Team is hosting informational sessions to address any issues and answer questions.

Sessions will last approximately 30 minutes and multiple sessions will be provided back-to-back to accommodate busy schedules. In addition to in-person, sessions may be attended remotely via Zoom.
