Attendance at one Super User Training session is required for all Super Users. Each two-hour session involves:
- Classroom training format
- Policy related topics (Program Office role, Parallel Office role, CTMS support model)
- Assessing workflow impacts: what systems are affected (Start-Stop-Continue)
