28 Oct New OnCore Functionality – My Console
On Monday, October 18th, CTMS Program Office activated a new optional functionality for OnCore CTMS users who have Protocol Management, Subject Management and/or Visit Management permissions in OnCore.
What is the new functionality?
The new functionality is called My Console. It may be utilized by study teams to quickly view and access assigned protocols, subjects and study visits within one convenient location in OnCore. My Console also has a calendar view the consolidates all subject visits onto one streamlined calendar. Main capabilities of My Console include:
- View all protocols to which you are assigned as Protocol Staff.

- Must have an active Staff role assignment within Protocols > PC Console > Main > Staff tab.
- View all subjects to which you are assigned as Subject Staff.

- Must have an active Subject Staff assignment within the Subjects > CRA Console > Subject Console > On Study tab.
- View a list of study visits marked as Occurred and track visit Case Report Form (CRF) completion; view list of pending study visits.
- View a Calendar of study visits for all assigned subjects.
How do I access My Console?
Navigate to My Console by clicking Menu > My Console. Click on the star to the left of My Console menu selection to save to your Favorites Bar. Please refer to the My Console & Other OnCore Functionality Job Aid (log into OnCore prior to clicking link) for instructions on how to use My Console.
Am I required to use My Console?
No. My Console is an optional tool. Study teams are not required to use this functionality.
How to I learn more about My Console?
Information sessions and assistance helping to set up My Console will be offered within the CTMS Online Office Hours on Tuesdays, Oct. 29th and Nov. 5th at 11:00am. Please use the Zoom Meeting link found on the OnCore landing page. Please email CTMS@fredhutch.org if you are unable to join the info session, but would still like assistance with My Console.
