Prevents ability to perform job function directly related to immediate patient care, safety, financial operations or regulatory requirements.
High
Reduces job productivity/capacity directly related to patient care, safety, financial operations or regulatory requirements.
Elevated
Prevents ability to perform job function not directly related to patient care, safety, financial operations or regulatory requirements.
Medium
Reduces job productivity/capacity not directly related to patient care, safety, financial operations or regulatory requirements.
Normal
Job productivity or capacity to complete work minimally or not impacted.
